Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating a Wylde account or using the Wylde app or website (wyldeapp.com), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use Wylde. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Tosemum Holdings LLC ("Wylde", "we", "us").

2. Age Requirement

You must be 18 years of age or older to use Wylde. By creating an account, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. We may verify your age and will immediately terminate accounts found to belong to minors. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has created an account, contact us immediately at support@wyldeapp.com.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password secure and not sharing your account
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate, truthful information in your profile
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorised access at support@wyldeapp.com

One person, one account. Creating multiple accounts is not permitted.

4. Acceptable Use

Wylde is for genuine connections between active adults. You agree not to:

• Use Wylde for commercial purposes, advertising, or spam
• Harass, threaten, or harm other users
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent information
• Impersonate another person
• Share another user's private information without their consent
• Use Wylde to solicit money from other users
• Upload illegal, offensive, or sexually explicit content
• Attempt to hack, scrape, or reverse-engineer the app
• Use Wylde for any unlawful purpose

5. Content You Post

You own the content you post on Wylde (photos, bio, messages). By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive licence to use, display, and process it for the purpose of operating and improving Wylde. We do not claim ownership of your content.

You are solely responsible for your content. Do not post content you don't have the right to share.

6. Safety

Wylde encourages safe, real-world meetups. However:

• Always meet in public places for first dates
• Tell a friend where you are going
• Never share financial information with matches
• Report suspicious behaviour using the in-app Report button

Wylde is not responsible for the conduct of users in person. Use your judgement and stay safe.

7. Wylde Premium

Wylde offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription. Premium features are described in the app. By subscribing you agree to:

• Paying the stated subscription fee via Stripe
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Our refund policy: no refunds for partial subscription periods
• Cancelling at any time from the app — cancellation takes effect at end of billing period

8. Account Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, without notice in serious cases. You may delete your account at any time from the Profile screen. Deleted accounts have their data permanently removed within 30 days.

9. Disclaimers

Wylde is provided "as is." We make no guarantees about finding matches, the conduct of other users, or uninterrupted service. We are not a background check service — we do not screen users. Use your own judgement when meeting people from Wylde.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Tosemum Holdings LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Wylde. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the last 12 months.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, United States. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Maricopa County, Arizona.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as Wylde grows. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Wylde after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
