Wylde is an adults-only service. This page sets out our standards for preventing child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) on Wylde, how users can report it, how we act on it, and who to contact about it.

1. Zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation

WYLDE STRICTLY PROHIBITS CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE AND EXPLOITATION (CSAE) IN ANY FORM. THIS INCLUDES CHILD SEXUAL ABUSE MATERIAL (CSAM), THE SEXUALIZATION OF MINORS, GROOMING, SEXTORTION, TRAFFICKING OF A MINOR, AND ANY ATTEMPT TO SOLICIT, ARRANGE, OR FACILITATE SEXUAL CONTACT WITH A MINOR. THERE ARE NO EXCEPTIONS AND NO WARNINGS. ACCOUNTS INVOLVED IN THIS CONDUCT ARE REMOVED PERMANENTLY AND REPORTED TO THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES.

This prohibition applies to profile photos, bios, display names, intros, messages, and any other content or conduct on Wylde. It applies whether the content depicts a real child, an apparent child, or a fictional or generated depiction of a child.

2. Wylde is for adults only

Wylde is restricted to users aged 18 and over. We enforce this by:

We do not knowingly permit minors on Wylde. If you believe a minor is using the service, report it using the mechanisms in Section 3.

3. How to report

Every user can report content or another user without leaving the app:

Reports of suspected child sexual abuse or exploitation are prioritized above all other report categories.

4. How we act on CSAE reports

On receiving actual knowledge of CSAE or CSAM on Wylde, we:

  1. Remove the content and suspend the account immediately, without prior notice to the account holder.
  2. Preserve evidence as required by law, rather than deleting it outright, so it remains available to investigators.
  3. Report to NCMEC. We report apparent child sexual abuse material to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline as required under U.S. law (18 U.S.C. § 2258A), and cooperate with law enforcement requests.
  4. Ban permanently. The account is terminated and the user is prohibited from creating a new account.

These actions are consistent with our Terms of Service (Acceptable Use), which prohibits content that is unlawful, exploitative, or that involves anyone under 18.

5. Compliance with child safety laws

Wylde complies with applicable child safety laws and regulations in the jurisdictions where it operates, including U.S. federal reporting obligations to NCMEC. We review these standards as the law and our product change, and we update this page when they do.

6. Child safety point of contact

Wylde maintains a designated point of contact to receive notifications about CSAE content on our platform, including notifications from app store operators. This contact can speak to our enforcement and review procedures and can act on them.
